This is me. Smiling so brightly because I was at the top of Kilimanjaro's Baranco Wall, at 4160m high.

This is me. Smiling so brightly because I was at the top of Kilimanjaro's Baranco Wall, at 4160m high.

I'm Alice, a 20  year old French Londoner. I fell in love with Africa the first time I laid foot on Namibian soil, and vowed I would come back (nothing gets my heart beating like an African sunset... I can't wait to be able to relive one again).

Nature break over city break anytime. I love being outside, and by that I mean in the middle of nowhere. On a mountain, on a beach, in a jungle... Exploring, hiking, climbing, swimming, riding.

The list of places I want to go to is huge, but the next step I think will be going back to Namibia. I was young the first time I went there -13 years old- and wish to return with a different mindset. After Kilimanjaro, I realised how much I enjoyed summiting, and will be preparing Aconcagua for 2018 or 2019. The next climb took me to Mt Nyiragongo (Democratic Republic of the Congo), an active strato-volcano in the Goma Valley.

As a current Arts and Sciences student at UCL, my degree is entirely focused on Sustainable Development, Wildlife Conservation and Project Management.
